These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WebinarBoostAi website, platform, and services (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You must provide accurate, current information when registering.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use.
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts to circumvent limits.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person or entity.
• Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Distribute spam, malware, or unauthorized communications through webinar chat, registration, or follow-up features.
• Misrepresent your identity, your business, or the products and services you offer in your webinars.
• Attempt to access, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform, its AI systems, or its infrastructure.
• Use the Services to build competing webinar or AI products.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these standards.

4. AI Features

WebinarBoostAi provides AI-assisted tools that help you create presentations, scripts, slides, AI presenters, and responses to attendee questions. These features are designed to support your expertise — not replace your judgment.

• You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing it to attendees.
• AI responses to attendee questions are based on the business information you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of that information.
• AI may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete output. You should verify material claims, pricing, and compliance-related statements.
• We may refine, limit, or update AI features as the technology evolves and will communicate material changes where appropriate.

5. Your Content

• You retain ownership of the content you upload or create, including business information, scripts, slides, videos, and attendee data.
• You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely as needed to operate the Services — including running your webinars, generating AI output, and delivering follow-up.
• You represent that you have the rights to all content you upload and that it complies with these Terms.
• Attendee data you collect through webinars is subject to applicable privacy laws. You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from your attendees.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including the WebinarBoostAi name, logo, software, templates, and design, are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding or proprietary technology except as needed to use the Services. We may use your feedback and suggestions without obligation or compensation.

7. Billing and Subscriptions

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described on your account and pricing page.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for subscription fees, applicable add-ons such as custom domains, and taxes.
• Fees are non-refundable except as provided under our 7-day money-back guarantee or where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice. Existing subscriptions are honored at the then-current rate until renewal.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Services integrate with third-party tools such as CRMs, autoresponders, calendar platforms, Zapier, and Pabbly. These integrations are governed by the third parties' own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the conduct or availability of third-party services.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, network issues, or events beyond our control may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for interruptions to automated webinars or AI features.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, secure, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebinarBoostAi and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to the Services — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights — including claims related to AI-generated content you publish.

13. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or inactivity. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — remain in effect.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post updates here with a revised date and notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Atlanta, Georgia for any dispute arising from these Terms.
